Founded and led by Emil Vasilev, ECOZA specialises in office and educational environments — schools and training centres among them — an expertise that draws directly on the founder's training as a Practitioner of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (PBICSc), including certified skills in office-area and washroom cleaning. Beyond those settings, ECOZA takes on a broad range of other commercial cleaning, delivered with the same care and quality throughout.

ECOZA is based in Ipswich and works with businesses across the town and surrounding areas. Being local and founder-led is what keeps things personal and reliable — the foundation for a genuine partnership, not just a contract.
