In these terms, "ECOZA", "we", "us" and "our" mean PurePath Enterprises Ltd trading as ECOZA. "You" means a visitor to our website or someone making an enquiry on behalf of a business or organisation.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the use of our website, contact enquiries, and requests for a free site assessment.

ECOZA provides cleaning services to businesses and organisations. We do not take bookings from private household customers. For end-of-tenancy cleaning, our client is the letting agency or business that arranges the work.

The cleaning work itself is covered by a separate written service agreement, which we provide before any work is agreed. If anything in these website terms differs from a signed service agreement, the service agreement takes priority.

Enquiries and free site assessments

You can use our website to ask questions or request a site assessment. Please give accurate contact and premises details, and make sure you are allowed to arrange a visit for the business concerned.

A site assessment is free and puts you under no obligation to buy. It simply lets us see your premises, understand your needs, and prepare a quote.

Sending the assessment form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your preferred date and time depend on availability. A visit is only confirmed once ECOZA replies with a confirmation email.

To cancel or move a confirmed visit, please email hello@ecoza.co.uk as soon as you can. If we need to change it, we'll contact you to arrange another time.

Requesting or receiving a site assessment does not commit you to a cleaning contract. Prices, scope of work, and dates are all agreed separately in writing. Our website does not take payments.

The one-month trial

Our one-month trial applies to recurring commercial cleaning.

The trial is paid — cleaning during the trial is charged at the agreed rate. It is not free cleaning or a money-back offer. The idea is that you can try the service for a month before committing to a six-month agreement.

The trial dates, cleaning schedule, price, and payment details are set out in a separate written trial agreement before cleaning starts.

During the trial, you are not tied in — you can cancel by giving one week's notice.

Near the end of the month, we'll talk with you about whether you'd like to continue with a six-month agreement or stop.

There is no automatic contract. Unless a six-month agreement is signed, cleaning stops at the end of the trial — including if we don't hear back from you. Payment is still due for cleaning provided during the trial.

The trial does not apply to one-off work, such as end-of-tenancy cleaning, which is quoted and agreed separately.

Using our website

Please use the website lawfully. You must not send fraudulent or abusive enquiries, pretend to be another person or business, upload harmful code, try to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with how the website runs.

Please don't put payment card details, passwords, alarm codes, or other sensitive security information into our website forms. If we need that kind of information to arrange services, we'll agree a safe way to share it.

Website content and ownership

The text, branding, designs, photographs, and other content on this website belong to ECOZA or are used with permission. Anything owned by others remains theirs.

You may view, download, or print reasonable amounts to consider our services or share them within your own organisation. Please keep any ownership notices intact. You must not republish, sell, or reuse our content for another business's marketing without permission, unless the law allows it.

You may link to our website fairly and lawfully, as long as you don't suggest an endorsement or partnership that doesn't exist.

Accuracy, availability, and external links

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but information can occasionally be wrong or out of date. Please contact us to confirm any service, offer, or detail before you rely on it.

We may update the website or briefly restrict access for maintenance, security, or other reasons, and we can't guarantee it will always be available.

Where we link to another website, that site is run by someone else and has its own terms and privacy arrangements. A link doesn't mean we endorse it.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.

These website terms don't set a separate cap on our liability. Responsibility for the cleaning services themselves is dealt with in the relevant service agreement, subject to the law.

Personal information and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including anything you send through our forms. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies used on the website and your choices.

Using the website or sending an enquiry does not, on its own, mean you agree to marketing or optional tracking.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our website or business changes. The current version and its update date will always be shown on this page. Changes apply to future use of the website and don't automatically change an existing trial or cleaning agreement.
